These Terms of Use apply to South® and all related brands, products, websites, apps, platforms, content and service. By using any of our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of our services
You may use our services for personal, lawful and intended purposes only. You must not misuse, copy, disrupt, reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services.
2. Accounts
Some services may require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the security of your login details and all activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, create or share through our services. By providing content, you grant South a limited licence to host, store, display, process and use that content only as needed to operate, improve and provide the relevant service.
You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, private without permission or otherwise inappropriate.
4. South content and intellectual property
All South names, logos, designs, interfaces, software, music, content, branding and related materials are owned by South or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use them without written permission.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree that we may handle your information in accordance with that policy.
6. Third party services
Our services may include links, integrations or features provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third party content, services, policies or practices.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable, useful and well designed services, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error free. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse our services or create risk for South, our users or our platforms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, unless another law is required to apply.
